Lynn was born and raised in Riverside, CA and became a Registered Nurse early in life. During her career as a nurse, she experienced first hand the challenges of caregiving and loss which later enabled her to compassionately help others. Lynn also was engaged in various ministry opportunities and eventually became an ordained Minister. She founded Healthy Leaders Thriving Cities with a vision to connect and support what God is doing with leaders in cities to help serve and transform every sector of the community. Lynn retired as a Hospice Nurse but continues to consult in the areas of end of life, healthcare, leadership development and organizational development. Lynn also serves as a board member with Reignbridge, which hosts the International School of Reconciliation. Lynn’s passion is to see cities experience innovation and transformation as the sectors collaborate together in serving their communities. In 2016, Lynn began Love Riverside, (dba) that hosts serve days & food distributions and serves Seniors as they work collaboratively with others in the city of Riverside where she and her husband reside.
Lynn is a NonProfit Leader, a RN in the area of end of life care and community education, a Pastor and a Life Coach and has assisted individuals, families, groups, companies and organizations in a variety of areas. Lynn welcomes the opportunity to dialogue with you about your needs.
Lynn joyfully assists others in developing lifestyle practices that develops and nurtures our relationship with God. These areas include the value of embracing spiritual habits that develop an ongoing lifestyle of listening to God and walking out His ways.
Lynn consults and partners with other Nonprofits in the area of Organizational and Board Development. She brings in a balanced approach in both practical and spiritual ways in the ongoing growth of the board.
Lynn assists teams in their development of seeing their strengths and how to effectively work together. She instructs teams in practical ways of communication and handling conflict. She works with CITY TEAMS on developing strategies to bless & serve their city.
Lynn is a public speaker and addresses a variety of topics including healthcare, caregiving, leadership development, spiritual direction and ways to serve your city.
